Most people have experienced difficulty sleeping at some point in their lives. If it persists, lack of sleep can affect our ability to cope and effectively function. Worrying about not sleeping can make the problem worse. Often, difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep is due to worries that occupy the mind and prevent the body from relaxing. Depending on your presenting we will devise a treatment plan adapted to you personally.
