Everyone feels stressed at times. It’s a natural response: the release of the stress hormone cortisol is the body’s way of preparing for perceived danger. The pace of the modern world, however, means the stress response is frequently triggered. Sometimes, that can feel overwhelming. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can help you to reassess your stress stimuli.
Cancellation Policy
